LEARN: See how Google UX content strategists measure content performance 💡
In this session, you’ll hear Relly Annett-Baker (Head of UX Content Strategy, Google) share how she’s taught her team to measure content quality, quantity, and verbs that make millions of dollars.
We’ll delve into how to make charts, graphs, and PMs your partners in crime. We’ll also look at a highlight reel of some big mistakes—that someone else already made so you don’t have to!
You’ll learn how to:
- Start with research, measuring content effectiveness through three methods.
- Use live product testing to your advantage and tag-team with your PM on experiments.
- Design and use a scorecard and metrics to operationalize content quality.
After we’re done watching Relly’s talk, you’ll get to ask her all your burning questions during the live Q&A session.
MEET: Relly Annett-Baker, Head of UX Content Strategy – Google 🎙
A content strategist for too many years, Relly lives in England with her husband and a collection of animals and teenagers. She is often found running content teams, writing content strategy docs, overseeing content delivery, petting the office dog, and she’s lost track of what else. She’s very good at saying “it depends” to stakeholders.
Outside of work, Relly is studying for a Masters in Crime Writing at Cambridge University, and she writes murder mysteries for children. She’s never yet turned a content-doubter into a fictional corpse, but there’s still time.
