Event Description: In this session, Leslie Pagel, Chief Evangelist at Authenticx, will discuss the most valuable, renewable source of customer insight and how data-backed storytelling leads to speed-to-action. Listening directly to unsolicited customer voices reveals both points of friction and areas of success, providing opportunities for quick iterations and key decision-making. During this meeting we will address strategies to revolutionize a customer-centric experience by tapping into a renewable source of insights and driving action through data-backed storytelling.
About the speaker: Leslie Pagel is the Chief Evangelist of Authenticx – a conversation analytics company dedicated to improving the way healthcare companies engage with customers. In this role, she creates awareness, across the healthcare industry, of more efficient and effective ways for healthcare organizations to deliver on their customer objectives. With over two decades of working with customer experience (CX) teams, Leslie helps clients actualize the voice of the customer to show how these voices prompt meaningful action.
