Job Title: Sr. Software engineer – Golang

Location: Mc Lean, VA

Duration: 12 months+

All visas are accepted.

Duties:

Build new services to meet critical product and business needs using Golang.

Design scalable systems to solve novel problems with modern cloud technology and industry best practices.

Write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers.

Write concise technical design documents and garner alignment with peers.

Work with engineers, designers, product managers and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap.

Skills:

Proficiency in GoLang

Experience working with MongoDB, Docker, gRPC and AWS

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and solutions

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in backend applications

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend engineers

[Nice to haves]

Experience working with subscription services and/or a benefits platform tiered plans, recurring payments, incentives, etc.

Experience working with the following technologies: GraphQL, Kubernetes, Cadence/Temporal.

Experience with growth experiments or A/B testing frameworks.

Experience working fullstack across Web, Mobile, and Backend.
