We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Developer to join our Workplace Security Services team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be a key player in the development and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity applications that protect thousands of employers and millions of participants. Your expertise in Java, Spring framework, and RESTful/GraphQL API development will be essential in creating innovative solutions to secure our client-facing applications and infrastructure software components. Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your professional working experience with Java, Spring framework, and RESTful/GraphQL API development to design and implement robust software solutions.

Demonstrate expertise in container-based solutions, preferably Kubernetes on EKS or AKS, to enhance the scalability and efficiency of our applications.

Apply your foundational experience in algorithms and data to optimize the performance and security of our systems.

Effectively communicate technical solutions, risks, and business value to peers and leadership through written reports, oral presentations, and interactive sessions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Embrace a continuous learning mindset and willingly share your knowledge and skills with others to foster a culture of growth and development within the team.

Preferred Experience:

 

Skills in implementing policy-based authorization solutions with Open Policy Agent (OPA) will be a strong advantage.

Familiarity with securing container workloads and images to ensure robust cybersecurity practices.

AWS or Azure Public Cloud Certification is a plus, demonstrating your expertise in cloud-based security solutions.

• We are responsible for developing client-facing cybersecurity applications that secure our institutional clients, as well as essential Authorization, B2B Security, and Single Sign-On infrastructure software components.
