Join Rachel Cargle for a documentary short viewing and community conversation! Together we’ll view ‘Queer Genius: Black Quantum Futurism.’ This documentary is one in a series focused on queer, visionary artists. Black Quantum Futurism, featuring its multidisciplinary artists Rasheedah Phillips and Camae Ayewahear tells the story of process, inspiration, advocacy, impact. The power of queer imagination is undeniable, and this docu-short invites us to queer our own ideas of process, our own understanding of possibility

Post-viewing we’ll center our community conversation on the film and the broader implications and themes introduced.

Unlearners, grab your popcorn and a beverage of choice, and bring yourself and your ideas to this watch party and conversation – let us be in live community together!
