Life moves fast – it’s already October! Do you remember your New Year’s resolutions and goals? If you’re like most of us, January has faded from the rear view mirror and the new year feels like it’s just around the corner.

Yet the new quarter and the turning of the season is a chance to refocus on what makes us feel alive – the relationships, work, social activities, and play that we want to dedicate ourselves to.

This workshop will provide the space and guidance to connect with what’s important. You’ll craft 3-5 goals and intentions that will help you navigate the next three months and cultivate a meaningful life. You’ll also be invited to daily planning calls to ensure you stay focused all quarter.

What you’ll get:

  • Time and space to write, feel, and think about the past, present, and future
  • Guided reflection, intention-setting, and goal-setting to establish what’s important to you
  • Best practices for writing specific, achievable goals
  • A set of 3-5 goals and intentions to guide your next 3 months
  • Small group conversation to share and get feedback
  • Ongoing opportunities to check in on your goals via weekly and daily group calls

And you’ll get skilled help to make sure you’re setting yourself up for success! Facilitators Evan and Ravi have spent decades sitting at the intersection of being effective at work and cultivating a fulfilling life. They’ve led product teams at notable organizations (Shopify, Vimeo), started companies and coached teams on goal-setting best practices, and spent months at Buddhist monasteries deep in the Himalayan mountains.

If money is stopping you from being able to attend, fill out this short form for a pay-what-you-can ticket – no one will be turned away.

PS – we’re offering this 3-hour workshop twice. Come to the slot that works for you!
