- You will help us build the solutions to support and scale our conversational capabilities.
- You’ll work on building entire features, taking these from concept to deployment, as part of our autonomous, cross functional teams.
- You’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas to improve our products as well as develop your skills, learn new technologies and languages, and continue to learn.

The Skills and Expertise You Bring
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Node JS, Python based applications in a fast-paced Scrum environment.
- Hands on experience of cloud-based technologies, specifically AWS Cloud Services to test and deploy enterprise applications.
- Experience leading projects with new/emerging technology and/or products in the early strategy and design stage with proven experience in rapid prototyping.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing, conversational interfaces, and exposure to solving problems through artificial intelligence/machine learning solutions.
- Advanced working knowledge of Python/Node tech stack and expertise in GraphQL, proficiency in DevOps, Continuous Integration and Delivery tools like Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, GitHub and Docker, optimally employ DevOps, Automated Testing and Continuous Delivery using technology such as Groovy, Jenkins.
- Stay on top of Algorithms, Data Structures and Design Patterns and love the challenge of building highly scalable systems that can support thousands of transactions/sec.
- Are data-focused and can measure, collect, and use data to make decisions. We understand the value of intuition and the need to balance decisions accordingly.
- Problem solving, troubleshooting, performance turning, production support, and maintenance of existing APIs.
- Hands on experience with API Design & Development and Microservice Architecture and integration into complex platforms that deliver conversational capabilities.
- Expertise in developing detailed technical specifications, architecture for complex systems.
- Proven expertise in mentoring engineers, managing technology roadmaps, and facilitating collaboration across technology partners.
- Analyzing and recommending changes in project development policies, procedures, standards, and strategies to development experts and management.
- Helping to coordinate the delivery of technical components across internal/external technical teams.
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to more junior team members.
- Contributing to process-improvement initiatives to maximize velocity for the product team.
- 6-9 years of proven experience with Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Physics (or equivalent)
