Job description:
Need to externalize all Mulesoft related URLS to AWS secrets instead of hard coding them on the graph application.
List of details for the Alert center related Mulesoft API’s which needs to be updated.

Implementation:
1.Externalize Mulesoft URLs to AWS secrets from internal to App
2.Configure new version of Mulesoft URL for Mulesoft QAVIRT env on a separate feature branch cloned from master version on the existing graph ql app for vouchers
3.Build the package with this updated config
4.Work with the infra team to spin up a new container with this package
