Our peer support group creates a safe space to share and talk freely about all things mental health. We aim to support each other by connecting and discussing ways to cope with challenges.
We care, we listen, we don’t judge or lecture, and we don’t try to fix you. We all work together along side one another and you will never feel alone in this group. We offer mental health insights and tools that have helped us in our journey to recovery.
Hope can make good things happen and bring many good things to your life. In this group, you can receive support from both peers and clinicians, please join us!
