A ‘return to office’ shift is underway. How might we ensure that what happens there is worth the commute?

The post-pandemic boom of fully remote work has ended. Even industry giants like Zoom have announced a new “structured hybrid approach” for all employees. However, this transition hasn’t been without its difficulties. Widespread frustration, decreased employee satisfaction, rising rates of attrition, and recruitment challenges have emerged as real consequences to these changes. Many individuals now find themselves saddled with a commute only to end up at the office engaged in virtual meetings, working in the same way they did at home (on Zoom calls with their colleagues).

But the office can be a hub of collaborative excellence, serving to foster employee connection, a sense of belonging, mental and emotional well-being, mentorship opportunities, growth, and greater creativity and innovation.

To achieve this, both teams and leadership must engage in candid conversations about how to build a functional and successful new model. Communing in person should be about interaction and engagement. The power lies in finding ways to harness the potential of in-person collaborative time. How might we work differently to get the most out of being together?

Join us on September 14, 11 am-1 pm Pacific Time, as we delve into strategies and insights that will enable you to unlock the full benefits of hybrid office environments. Strategic design experts Bobby Hughes, founder of Aardvark Design Labs, and Patrick Sharbaugh will lead this workshop and provide actionable guidance on navigating the navigating the conversation with your team to align on ways to reap the greatest benefits from collaborative time spent in the office.

In this session, you will:

  • Learn tools & techniques to help managers and teams align around the best use of in-person team time.
  • Explore what offices really are good for in 2023
  • Identify opportunities for getting more out of having your team together in person, and assure commutes are not wasted time.

Don’t miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights and practical advice on making the hybrid work model truly work for your team and organization. Reserve your spot now and be part of the conversation shaping the future of work.

See you there!
