    Job Description

    Position: Development Lead

    Duration: Long Term

    Location: Remote

    • Deliver Innovative technology solutions to complex problems with client-centric approach
    • Improve current capabilities, process and resources
    • Innovation in Product development and service delivery
    • Operational Excellence in development and deployment processes.
    • Support Recruitment activities with resume reviews and interviews
    • Employee Engagement; Train and mentor junior staff
    • Emerging product & Technology research
    • Project performance repository setup and maintenance
    • Provide technical leadership and design/coding guidance to the development team.
    • Perform code reviews, ensure quality, timely deliveries & responsiveness of the app.
    • Experience in Agile/ SCRUM web development process.
    • Experience working in building Enterprise Microservices, and API’s
    • Have solid debugging abilities to identify bottlenecks in the entire product flow

     

    Technology skills: Reactjs, Nodejs, Postgres, nestjs, nextjs. Java, Javascript, Jenkins, Git, Microservices, SSO, security, PostGres, GraphQL/JsonAPI, Excellent Debugging skill. React Native, GraphQL/JsonAPI
