About Your Guide: Emily Fisher
Emily Fisher is an art teacher based out of midcoast Maine. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and Sociology from Saint Peter’s University and a Master of Arts degree in Art Education from University of Florida. Emily has been teaching art for 9 years and has spent time working at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Jacksonville, Florida, both teaching and assisting with the administration of the museum’s educational programs. She has been a lover of visual art since she was a child, growing up in a family full of artists. Emily practices painting with watercolors and acrylics on a variety of canvases, she also enjoys crafting and using natural and recycled materials to make works of art.
