Android Developer – Gemini Consulting Services – Irving, TX

MUST HAVE:

• 8+ years of android development experience

• Can you please provide a summary of the project/initiatives which describes what’s being done? The candidate will be working on a regulatory requirement involving building a fraud risk monitoring mechanism across the transaction lifecycle. The candidate will be working on providing data analysis, data design, data integrity testing for the project. Prepaid fraud monitoring conducted by Fraud Strategy is not sufficiently adhering to the policy requirements due to insufficient controls related to customer-initiated monetary transaction monitoring. Fraud Strategy will evaluate strategies for automated monitoring of anomalous behavior for monetary transactions to improve efficiency/effectiveness. The resource will work on supporting Mobile development (IoS and Andriod) and implementation of the new capability for the Prepaid Mobile app and integrate with the dependent applications.

• Work with engineering, design, and product teams to ideate software solutions.

• Analyze the front-end mobile applications through modern visual design.

• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.

• Develop mobile application capabilities related to the Prepaid Mobile app.

• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.

• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.

• Write technical and functional documentation using Confluence.

• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software.
