Today’s session is geared towards 501c3 organizations who are interested in applying for the 2023 CBG (grant). We will walk the attendee’s through Fluxx, WHDC’s grants portal.
Q&A Session to follow.

A recording of this session will be posted on the WHDC website for reference.
*Applicants are strongly urged to register and attend the Info Session and the Fluxx Seminar, especially if the organization is a new applicant or if a new staff member will be working on the application.
The West Harlem Development Corporation (WHDC) is pleased to announce the 2023 Community Benefits Grants cycle (2023 CBG), awarding two million dollars to 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations (NPOs) headquartered in West Harlem, as well as to outside NPOs whose projects meet the MCD9 residency requirement (at least 75% of project participants must reside in West Harlem/Community District 9).
2023 CBG funds programs the following priority areas:
- Arts and Culture
- Housing Affordability & Preservation
- Economic Development
- Health and Human Services
- Older Adults Services
- Youth
Applications are now open. Grant awards are determined on a competitive basis, and range between $10,000 – $30,000. Support funds direct program activities in West Harlem between July 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024.
Application opens: May 22, 2023

Fluxx Seminar (Zoom): June 8, 2023 at 1pm EST
