Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our teams developing Air Force and Navy next-generation mission planning software.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform software development as part of a team contributing to a multi-team, multi-organization enterprise using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Take ownership of and responsibility for software products being developed.
• Gain domain knowledge and provide technical leadership to a small team of software and test engineers.
• Represent the team in meetings and presentations as needed, including providing technical analysis & recommendations, and the development & presentation of meeting materials.
• Work with senior engineers and architects to relentlessly improve software developed.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to more junior software engineers.
• Have a willingness to collaborate with other development teams, customers and users to produce the desired product that strives to exceed customer expectations.

Required Skills:

тАв Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

тАв Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience┬а

тАв Ability to obtain Secret Clearance within 6-9 months of hire date.

тАв Ability to work with a geographically-distributed team.

тАв Experience with C# backend software development┬а

тАв Experience with Web Application Design and Development using one or more of the following – ASP.NET Core, Typescript, React, GraphQL

Desired Skills:

тАв Active Security Clearance is preferred.

тАв Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), any certification is a plus.

тАв Experience with Kubernetes and RabbitMQ is a plus.

тАв Knowledge and familiarity with Git.

тАв Experience with Docker and Terraform in both Windows and Linux environments.

тАв Experience with or understanding of Microservices architectures.
