Position Purpose: Join a team that operates as a startup to help build tools for data management. Manage multiple projects with different teams and departments. Designs, develops, and implements complex enterprise software solutions. Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise representing the interest of the business across the enterprise.
Collaborate with different teams and departments throughout Centene to build tools for data management
Lead conversations with stakeholders to determine solutions
Translate business problems into technical architecture and design.
Able to take a project and manage start to end execution
Execute and write exemplary code and documentation
Guide team of developers to do the same
Communicate and work effectively with product manager and stakeholders
Ensure quality of code from themselves and their team members
Generate clear and creative solutions to complex problems
Successfully mentors more junior team members
Education/Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
Requires 5 – 7 years of related experience.
Technical Skills:
Experience with Change Management required
Experience with Enterprise Architecture required
Experience with Go, Javascript, Java or C#.NET
Preferred Experience: SQL or NoSQL experience; development experience with API standards (OpenAPI, AsyncAPI or GraphQL)
