The Lead Full Stack Web Developer manages front and backend web development efforts, integration of systems and data sources, and technical architecture and roadmap planning with various stakeholders, and is well versed in HTLF’s MarTech web platforms and related programming/scripting languages.Primary ResponsibilitiesLeads front and backend technical design and development efforts for HTLF’s public-facing marketing websites and landing pages.Manages front-end architecture and collaborates with web design resources to ensure web apps have aesthetic, intuitive, accessible, and mobile-first/responsive design user interfaces.Assesses user requirements to address actual or potential technical issues to create highly functional systems.Integrates critical marketing technology systems and data sources with each other, their relationships, and associated vendor contacts/contracts.Manages workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.Manages roadmaps with relevant stakeholders to plan for both incremental and major technical/process/capability/system enhancements and/or upgrades and provides timely updates and relevant communications.Partners with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Compliance to address business requirements and capability needs, and IT, Information Security, DevOps, and external vendors for change management, incident management, security compliance, etc., responsibilities.Ensures that protocols for security, QA/QC, and coding/accessibility standards are followed.Guides non-developers on basic HTML and CSS coding standards and best practices as it relates to distributed publishing through a content management system.Facilitates discussions and planning meetings, offering new ideas and constructive feedback.Stays current with development trends, best practices, and new and evolving digital marketing, web, and mobile technologies.Completes annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it relates to the job function.QualificationsBachelors Computer Science or Related Field required or equivalent experience requiredProven experience with Drupal CMS development, including custom developing themes and modules required7-10 years of hands-on experience in front and backend web development, particularly with HTML, CSS3, PHP, JSON, AJAX, XML, SQL, JavaScript, JavaScript libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, React, D3, etc.), and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue, Ember, etc.).
